ANTIOXIDANT SOUP

Ingredients
3 medium-sized beetroots
2 medium-sized onions
1 clove of garlic
4 tablespoons of fresh curd cheese
1 liter of water or broth
1 level teaspoon of black pepper
1 level teaspoon of sea salt
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
1.Peel the beetroots and chop them into cubes. Peel the onions and garlic and finely chop
them.
2.Heat olive oil in a pot, add the onions and garlic, and sauté them. Then add the chopped
beetroots.
3.Add salt, black pepper, and water or broth. Let it cook until tender.
4.Once the ingredients are fully cooked, remove the pot from the heat and blend the
