Dietitian Ecem Orhan graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Marmara University in 2022. She has also completed the Associate Degree in Culinary Arts at Anadolu University in 2024. She completed her bachelor's thesis titled “Production of Yogurt, Cheese, and Kefir Using Hazelnut Milk from Traditional Recipes” as part of the TÜBİTAK-2209-A project, which she worked on with her groupmates. During her time at Marmara University, she participated in various social responsibility projects. She also served as a board member for the university's first club, “Marmarabes,” for two years. In the academic year 2021-2022, her final year, she completed internships at four healthcare institutions: Beykoz Community Health Center, Marmara University Pendik Training and Research Hospital, Kartal Dr. Lütfi Kırdar City Hospital, and Seyrantepe Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital. During her four years of education, she attended several conferences and training sessions. In August 2022, as she was nearing graduation, she started an internship at the clinic of a sports dietitian. She then worked as the second dietitian at the Fit'art Nutrition and Diet Consultancy Center, where she stayed for one year until September 2023. In February 2024, she completed an internship at Prof. Dr. Ahmet Türkçapar's Bariatric Clinic. She currently provides online consultancy services for weight control, amateur trail runners, and amateur boxers.
