Lecturer Betül Çıkı
Lecturer - Istanbul Atlas University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Medical Biochemistry
After completing her undergraduate education with second place at the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics at Haliç University between 2009 and 2013, Betül Çıkı worked as the Microbiology Unit Analysis Supervisor and Biogenetic Analysis Unit Chief at Mikrokim Food Analysis and Control Laboratory between 2013 and 2016. Between 2015 and 2016, she completed the non-thesis master's program in Business Management at Yıldız Technical University, Department of Business Administration. She has a graduation project entitled "The Effects of Customer Relationship Management on Company Performance" that she completed under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Cemal ZEHİR. She completed her master's degree at Gebze Technical University, Institute of Science and Technology, Department of Molecular Biology, between 2018-2021 with the supervision of Prof. Dr. Tamer YAĞCI. She simultaneously continued her master's thesis on "The Effect of Proteasome Inhibitors on ER Stress and Apoptosis in the H295R Cell Line" at Marmara University, Department of Medical Biochemistry under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Betül YILMAZ. She has been continuing her doctoral education at Marmara University, Department of Medical Biochemistry, since September 2021. Betül ÇIKI, whose research areas are cancer biochemistry, proteasome/immunoproteasome, and 3D cell culture studies, has been teaching biochemistry as a lecturer at Istanbul Atlas University since 2022.
