Psychologist Muhammed Furkan Tosun graduated with honors from Istanbul Kent University's Department of Psychology in 2023 and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Management and Organizational Psychology at Marmara University. Throughout his university education, Tosun focused on psychosocial support, working with disadvantaged groups, and industrial psychology. He has been committed to developing his academic and professional expertise in these areas. Since 2022, Furkan Tosun has been actively working in the field of soilless agriculture technologies. In this project, he focuses on innovative techniques to make agricultural production processes more efficient and sustainable, while also contributing to future solutions in the sector. His experience in this field has enabled him to follow technological and scientific innovations, aiming to improve agricultural applications. From 2019 to 2024, Tosun served as the General Coordinator at Yeğenler İnşaat Hafriyat Ltd. Şti., where he took on significant responsibilities in construction projects. In this role, he managed team coordination, project management, and operational processes, contributing to the strategic goals of the company. This experience strengthened Tosun's management and organizational skills. Furkan Tosun’s volunteer work also constitutes a significant part of his career. Between 2021 and 2024, he served as Coordinator and Academic Unit Leader at the PsikoPark non-governmental organization. In this role, he managed psychosocial support projects in various disadvantaged regions of Turkey, coordinated fieldwork, and applied his academic knowledge to these areas. His volunteer efforts in regions like Artvin, Bursa, Kahramanmaraş, and Erzurum provided support to disadvantaged individuals while allowing him to specialize in team management, field operations, and the sustainability of projects. Additionally, during his tenure as President of the Istanbul Kent University Psychology Club (2021-2023), he led students in organizing numerous academic events and aimed to enhance the sharing of psychological knowledge among university students. This role allowed Tosun to further develop his leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
