Tuğba Şimşek was born in 1981 in Bursa and graduated from the Department of Chemistry at Middle East Technical University in 2005. Starting her career in 2005, she has held roles as a manager, director, and executive in various fields within the food industry, including Quality Assurance, R&D, Quality Management Systems, Production Operations, Supply Chain, Environmental Management, Corporate Communication, Regulatory and Scientific Affairs, and Corporate Sustainability practices. She has worked for prominent companies such as Sütaş, Pınar Water, Uludağ Beverage, Fersan, and Kızılay Beverage. Since June 2022, Tuğba Şimşek has been serving as the R&D and Quality Director at Kızılay Food&Beverage.
