Tibet Teksöz is a pediatric dentistry PhD candidate at Istanbul Kent University Faculty of Dentistry. He completed his undergraduate studies at the same faculty between 2019 and 2024, graduating as the second-highest ranked student in his class. In 2019, he graduated from the German High School of Istanbul (Deutsche Schule Istanbul) with an Abitur diploma, where the medium of instruction is German. Teksöz focuses his work in the field of dentistry, particularly on pediatric dentistry and AI-supported dental applications. He has been actively involved in numerous clinical, laboratory, and analytical research projects in these areas. He has gained clinical experience as an intern dentist at leading healthcare institutions such as IstanbulSmile, Acıbadem Maslak Dental Clinic, and prestigious German centers including the University Medical Center Freiburg and Charité Berlin, Virchow Campus. Through these experiences, he has further developed his clinical skills in advanced surgical techniques, implant treatments, and aesthetic dentistry. In addition to his academic pursuits, he has taken on leadership roles in student research clubs, led social responsibility projects within the Beyoğlu Rotaract Club, and has been actively involved in the German High School Alumni Association. He speaks Turkish as his native language and is proficient in both English and German at the C1 level.
