Pharmacist
Şeyma Nur AKBULUT graduated from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Pharmacy in 2024. During her university years, she was accepted into the TÜBİTAK 2209-A program with her project titled “Synthesis of New Compounds as Potential Microtubule Inhibitors.” She served as a class representative for seven semesters, facilitating communication between students and faculty administration. She also represented her faculty for three years in the KTÜ Rectorate Quality Commission, contributing to the university’s development in various areas. In the student club KTUPSA, she held roles as a member, chair of the audit committee, and vice president, helping the club become more active, productive, and socially engaged. She completed her summer internships actively in R&D, pharmacy, and hospital settings, where she enhanced her professional knowledge and experience. She won the “Most Effective Presentation” award at BEKON, organized by Trakya University, and received the “Jury’s Special Award” in the FarmaFikir competition held by the Pharmetic Entrepreneurial Pharmacists’ Association with her project “PharmAccess.” Currently, she continues her pharmacist internship (mandatory service) and writes articles focused on maternal and infant health in the “Free Column” of Eczacının Sesi Newspaper.
