Can Kayacılar is a renowned entrepreneur, researcher, and author in the fields of food and biotechnology in Turkey. With over 20 years of experience in these fields, Kayacılar has spearheaded numerous significant projects with his innovative ideas and vision. He completed his undergraduate studies in Biology (English) at Abant İzzet Baysal University, pursued his master's degree at Istanbul University's Institute of Experimental Medicine in the Department of Neuroscience. In 2012, he ranked first in the Ministry of Industry and Technology's Technovation investment program with his project "Enhancing the Bioavailability of Phytochemicals Obtained from Plants Through Nanobiotechnological Methods." He founded Turkey's first nanobiotechnology company and developed numerous products within this framework. He has played a pioneering role in establishing companies focused on functional foods and has delivered presentations at many national and international conferences on food and biotechnology. He has many scientific articles in the local press.His interests include food and biotechnology, entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability. In the future, he aims to develop projects that can contribute to Turkey's transformation in food and biotechnology fields.
