Dietitian Nur Bengisu Gülşen graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Health Sciences - Department of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2022. In the same year, she published a Turkish story book by writing stories, which is a different field outside her profession. She started her master's degree at Balıkesir University Faculty of Medicine - Department of Medical Biochemistry in 2023. And she still continues on her educational and self-developing process in health sciences.
