Humeyra Betul Yekeler graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Pharmacy in 2022. She started her PhD education at Marmara University Faculty of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmacology in 2022. Her 2 projects during her undergraduate program were supported by TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program. She has poster and oral presentations at various national and international congresses. She is also a scholar of TÜBİTAK 2211 PhD Scholarship Program. She has been a visiting researcher at the Faculty of Medicine, University College London (UCL) for 3 months and received training in the field of in vitro cell culture. She is currently working as a researcher at M.U. Nanotechnology and Biomaterials Application and Research Center (NBUAM), pursuing her PhD studies on diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, wound healing, drug delivery systems, 3D printing, and biomaterials.
