Founder of The Futural
Mısra Berna Özdemir, born in 2001, is an entrepreneur and the founder of the cosmetic brand The Futural. Having shown an interest in cosmetic products from a young age, Özdemir began exploring soap and creams at the age of 6 and continued her research and product development during her high school years. In high school, she decided to combine her research into the ancient beauty secrets of Anatolia with modern technology. In 2020, Özdemir began conducting R&D studies at Teknopark Istanbul and started developing natural, local, and national cosmetic products under the brand name The Futural. The brand offers a wide range of products, from skincare to color cosmetics, with formulas designed to solve multiple skin problems with a single product. Özdemir has applied for national and international patents for the products she developed and won a Silver Medal at the ISIF'22 International Invention Competition in 2022. Additionally, she established The Futural Academy, where she provides training to chemistry and pharmacy students on natural cosmetic production. Noticing her success at a young age, Mısra Berna Özdemir is taking significant steps in her entrepreneurial journey, moving towards becoming a global brand.
