Yes. Fever can occur in cat scratch disease, often mild to moderate, along with lymph node swelling. Fever lasting more than three days, progressively rising, or returning after improvement should be evaluated for complications or another infection. In children, fever plus reduced intake, fast breathing, or marked lethargy warrants earlier assessment. Fever management should be age-appropriate and clinician-guided when needed.
