Drink Health Benefits Preparation Method
Lemon Water Supports digestion, helps remove toxins, revitalizes skin. Squeeze half a lemon into a glass of water and add lemon slices.
Cucumber Water Prevents water retention, moisturizes skin, accelerates digestion. Add small cucumber and mint to 1 liter of water, let it infuse for a few hours.
Ginger Lemon Tea Strengthens immunity, regulates digestion, has anti-inflammatory effects. Slice a piece of fresh ginger, pour hot water over it, steep for 5–10 minutes, add lemon.
Green Tea Speeds up metabolism, has antioxidant effects, supports heart health. Add 1 green tea bag to 200 ml hot water, steep for 3–5 minutes before drinking.
Watermelon Water Prevents dehydration, moisturizes skin, strengthens the immune system. Add 1 slice of watermelon, 1 slice of lemon, and a few mint leaves to 1 liter of water, mix well.
Mint Lemon Water Facilitates digestion, soothes the stomach, provides a refreshing effect. Add 3–4 sprigs of fresh mint, 1 slice of lemon, and 1 teaspoon of honey to a glass of water.
Cold Blueberry & Hibiscus Tea Blueberry and hibiscus tea support immunity and refresh. Brew hibiscus, mix with blueberries, sweeten, and serve cold.
Apple Cinnamon Water Balances blood sugar levels, improves digestion. Slice 1 apple, add 1 cinnamon stick to 1 liter of water, and let infuse for a few hours.
Pear Mint Tea Aids digestion, strengthens immunity, supports liver health. Slice 1 pear, add 2 sprigs of mint and 1 teaspoon of honey to hot water.
Lime and Mint Tea Speeds up metabolism, has a refreshing and relaxing effect. Squeeze 1 lime, add 3–4 sprigs of mint to hot water, and steep for 5 minutes before drinking.
