Fruit Smoothie 1- 1 banana- 1 tablespoon acai powder- 1 tablespoon chia seeds- 1 cup almond milk- 1 teaspoon honey- 1 handful of blueberriesMix all ingredients well and consume immediately. Consuming it fresh without storing provides maximum benefit by preventing the loss of essential nutrients.
Chia & Maca Pudding- 2 tablespoons chia seeds- 1 teaspoon maca powder- 1 cup coconut milk- 1 teaspoon honey- 1 handful of aronia berries or blueberriesMix the chia seeds and maca powder with the milk and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight. The longer it rests (up to 24 hours), the more beneficial digestive reactions occur. However, it should not exceed one day. Add the berries and honey in the morning before consuming.
Spirulina Smoothie- 1 teaspoon spirulina powder- 1 cup almond milk- 1/2 cup blueberries- 1/2 cup blackberries- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup- 1 tablespoon chia seeds- 5-6 ice cubesMix all ingredients well and consume immediately while cold. To preserve its nutritional properties, it is very important to avoid exposure to heat and consume it cold.
