Apple cider vinegar: hot water or cold water?
What matters more than hot vs cold water is proper dilution and personal tolerance. Some people feel better with lukewarm water, while others may notice reflux is worse with warm liquids. Very hot water can also feel harsh on the throat. A safe default is room-temperature or mildly warm water with a well-diluted mixture. If you experience burning, nausea, or irritation, adjust the dose and timing first rather than focusing only on water temperature.
