Which fruits contain vitamin D?
Vitamin D is generally not found in meaningful amounts in fruits. Richer natural sources include fatty fish, fish liver oils, egg yolk (to a limited extent), and some mushrooms. Many foods (milk, cereals, plant-based drinks) may be fortified, depending on the country. Fruits are valuable for fiber and antioxidants but should not be relied on to raise vitamin D. Combine safe sun exposure, dietary sources/fortified foods, and supplementation when needed.
